My name is Lisa Palladino, Founder & CEO of Masterpiece Consulting.

What does that mean?

I believe that if a company’s behind the scenes business processes (finance & operations) are running at their best, you shouldn’t even notice they are there.

Just like a well-run concert where the audience doesn’t even notice the crew or the staff behind the scenes; they’re focused on the show, everyone on the crew knows what to do, and they know how to handle any surprises that come up during the production.

If you take the time to set up good business processes customized to your company, they will be easy to follow and will automatically keep things running smoothly no matter what comes up.

There is always room for improvement, even at the most well-run companies.

By analyzing your budget and financial statements, and doing a thorough assessment of your business processes, I can recommend and help implement changes that will help you to spend less time on administrative work, and enable you to get the information you need when you need it in order to make better decisions every day.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Accounting - Pace University in NYC

  • 10+ years experience in a variety of finance, accounting, and operations roles at some of the most highly regarded organizations in NYC and nationally

  • Experience in a variety of industries including art, music, advocacy, conservation, higher education, and media/entertainment

I may have an MBA in accounting, but I am not your typical “finance person.” I’m an artist and a musician at heart - I’m just a lot better at business than I am at music and art.

Because of that, I love working with creative people and helping them bring their ideas to life. The best thing about my work is that it’s given me the chance to work every day alongside smart, inspiring people who are doing great things in the world, from putting on concerts to saving the environment - and if I do my job well, that means they can do even more.
